Classification of services competence

Does the customer expect the service of

  • PROFESSIONAL JUDGEMENT / TALENT / SERVICE  : Possessing (A) high degree of specialized knowledge (B) going through decades of experience (C) high reputation for being a genius and having great intuition (D) well connected in high power network. Using this to address problems / issues using DDDD process which are (A) Unique (B) Complicated (C) Expensive.  
  • MID END TECHNICAL / CUSTOMER SERVICE : Providing technical and behavioral solutions to issues of medium importance, risk and expenditure and which requires a medium amount of specialized knowledge (diploma / degree) and experience of 3-5 years and a reasonable network. These solutions pertain to equipment repair, process like hair dressing, floor laying, plumbing, advice / counsel / teach how to do something.  Value created through using some judgement in following profession's rules and protocols
  • SKILLED WORK OF OPERATING MACHINERY AND TOOLS : Providing mechanical work based on physical qualities like strength, eyesight, walking, running , swimming kinetic skills etc.  value created through using the tools and methods to deliver what the customer asks. 
  • MANUAL WORK : Providing mechanical work based on physical qualities like strength, eyesight, walking, running , swimming kinetic skills etc. Value created through using one's own body to deliver what the customer wants.
